1) Choose port of discharge

A. To port service: Ex Tianjin/Xingang to the nearest port of final destination.
B. To door service: Ex Tianjin/Xingang to cnee's door.
Charges will be different based on the alternative service.

2) Packaging

Shipment have to be packed in good order:
A. Valued and breakable goods, like electric products, piano, furnitures, porcelain and craftworks ect must be packed in wooden cases.
B. Light weight goods, like commodities and books can be packed in cartons.
C. For long-length and oversize packaged goods, the accurated length, width, height and weight have to be provided while booking.
D. Works that to be done after packaging and measuring:
a. Making shipping marks: Print "Full name, tel number and destination" on a piece of white paper as the shipping mark. Make the serial number and stick to the packaging of shipment.
b. Make a packing list of all the goods contained in the packages according to the serial number.
c. Write down the length, width and height of each cntr for easily calculation. This can be regarded as a prove of payment, which subject to the final measurement of the warehouse.

3) Booking and Customs clearance

Pls take the following docs to make customs clearance:

A. If you emmigrate to a foreign country: Pls take your passport, landing paper, invoice of newly purchased goods, packing list and a list of the estimated measurement and weight.
B. If you are a residence of Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macau: Pls take your Residence Evidence, Certificate for Education or Working experience, invoice of newly purchased goods, packing list and the estimated measurement and weight.
C. If you are a foreigner: Pls take your passport(or copy), invoice of newly purchased goods, original certificate of leaving the current post, packing list and the estimated measurement and weight.
Fill in the booking order.(You must provide us the full style of the delivery agent at destination and indicate all the agreed freight on this order so that to confirm afterwards.)

4) Cargo delivery

Shpr must deliver their cargo to the nominated warehouse according to the place and time that shown on the delivery notice.

5) Giving the payment and getting B/L

Giving the payment the day after vessel departure to get B/L and passport or the other related docs.

6) Picking up cargo at destination

When vessel arrival at destination, the local agent will notice you. You may also inquire the arrival information from the delivery agent that shown on the B/L.

The passport that you use to clear the customs at destination must be the same with the one that you use at loading port.Also, pls take the related packing list in English version.

7) Remarks

A. A fumigation is necessary for wooden material or wooden packed commodities to Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand.
B. Pls note that below mentioned commodities cannot be shipped abroad.
1. Spurious currency and portfolio.
2. Pressworks that harmful to Chinese politics, economy, culture and morality, as well as the script, films & photos and tapes that related to National Secret.
3. Cultural relic that costful or forbidden to be carried abroad.
4. Animals or plants in severe danger(including specimen) and their seeds and reproduced materials.
C. Below commodities are limited in amount while carrying abroad.
1. For golden and silver products, weight limitation is at 50g.
2. Tobacco and wines cannot exceed the reasonable amount for self use.(1-2ctns)
